Can I self-host?
Yes — every tier is available on your infrastructure with a signed license key. There is no community edition with reduced features; self-hosted Pro is identical to SaaS Pro.
Can I switch tiers?
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing period. Enforced limits prevent surprise overages.
What counts as a "run"?
A single ProductRun or Task execution. Drafts, internal state machines, and validation runs do not count.
What happens if I exceed a limit?
You get a clear in-app prompt with the option to upgrade or contact sales. New runs above the limit return HTTP 402 with a helpful body.
Do you offer discounts for NGOs / education?
Yes. Contact sales for a 40% discount for verified non-profits and academic institutions.
What about residency?
Managed hosting in EU, US, or APAC regions. BYO database for any region or air-gapped deployment.
